August 2011Ancon has an improved focus and drive, for 100% quality and zero defects throughout their organisation and products, by putting a dedicated CI team together for this initiative.
Although a long and difficult process for the whole team, this culture change is already realising huge benefits internally. This will realise massive benefits for our supply chain, and customers in turn. 'Continuous improvement' and 'prevention of problems' are the key focus.
